TRASH is a viewer generated public art installation through the use of ARP (art related product). The premise of the project is to beautify New York City and raise the public awareness of the arts and the environment.
The vivid citywide art intervention will travel NYC streets during the summer of 2008. The project will consist of select city blocks in which standard piles of trash are replaced with artist-created bags. Adrian will transform individual neighborhoods through the participation of local business owners and residents seeking to beautify the city and will continually document public interactions with TRASH throughout each community.
Each Art Related Product (ARP) is 100% biodegradable and naturally scented to repel insects and vermin.

The Turn-A-Frown-Around Foundation, Inc. (TAFA) is dedicated to the assistance of those who have lost hope--especially those who suffer from psychiatric and physical disorders, lovelessness, isolation, and abuse. The Foundation is meant to be a "missionary" effort of joy, compassion, and unconditional love by giving an abundance of attention to those who are hurting in nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals, group residences, children's homes, or individual shut-ins.
